Functions

• Narrow end – muscle resistance: hold horizontally between teeth and lips for as long as possible, working on embouchure resistance and stability.
• Wide end – active strengthening: place between lips and teeth and pull outwards, directly and progressively exercising the muscles involved in the embouchure.
