After months of working with Davile, we have achieved a trombone mouthpiece with the exact specifications that allow him to develop his full potential. At musicRioja, we make it available to any musician who wants to play with the same model.

Design with CFD technology

The internal geometry of this mouthpiece has been optimized using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis, ensuring efficient airflow and the best playing comfort:

Materials and manufacturing

Manufactured using 3D printing with high-precision thermoplastic polymer, certified safe for skin contact. The rim is completely smooth and polished, ensuring soft, comfortable and safe contact during prolonged use. Unlike metal mouthpieces, it reduces the risk of irritation with prolonged contact.

About Davile Cano

There are musicians who exude creativity at every step, who move naturally between styles, stages, and ways of understanding music. Davile Cano is one of them.

Born in Talavera de la Reina, he began his musical journey at the age of 8 studying trombone and piano. From a very young age he was curious about everything that sounded, which led him to be part of very diverse groups: from classical ensembles to rock and ska bands, expanding a versatility that is now one of his hallmarks.

His curiosity also led him to musical direction, working with emerging bands and artists, accompanying creative processes and contributing fresh ideas within the independent scene. Throughout his career, he has brought his sound to emblematic venues such as Sala Óxido, Teatro Barceló, Sala Nazca or Sala Rubicón, always leaving his mark thanks to his interpretive personality. Among his achievements, the Award for Best Soloist in the Charangas Contest of Padul stands out.

Currently, Davile dedicates a large part of his time to music education, where he has found a deep vocation. His creative and close approach combines technique, sound exploration, and meaningful learning, making him a reference for students of all ages.

His musicRioja Signature is born from that mix of talent, curiosity, and passion for sharing. A mouthpiece created to accompany his versatility and his ability to adapt to any stage, always with the same strength and authenticity.
